Responsibilities
Customer consultation and repair advising
Creating and explaining estimates
Coordinating workflow between shop and front desk
Customer updates and follow ups
SOFA Status or WORK VISA required!!
2️⃣ Part Time Front Desk Receptionist
(for Mondays and Fridays ONLY!!)
Requirements
Native English speaker
Customer service experience required
Friendly and confident communication skills
Organized and reliable
Basic computer skills
German helpful but not required
Responsibilities
Answering phones and emails
Greeting customers
Scheduling appointments
Supporting daily shop operations
SOFA Status or WORK VISA required!!
3️⃣ Part Time Parts Manager
Requirements
Automotive background preferred
Experience with parts ordering or inventory is a plus
Excellent organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a clean and structured parts station
Responsibilities
Ordering parts from U.S. and EU suppliers
Tracking deliveries and backorders
Preparing parts for scheduled jobs
Coordinating with technicians and service advisor
