No-show / No-cancelation policy


Please note: Once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved this dedicated time in our schedule exclusively for you. Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, we have seen a major increase in last-minute no-shows and cancellations. Due to this fact, we are forced to put a no-show and no-cancellation fee in place. You will be charged the full labor amount that was booked for your appointment if you do not cancel 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can ONLY be accepted by email. Parts policy


1.  Customer can not bring in their parts or fluids for repairs or any type of services.

2.  Ordered parts need to be paid by the customer even if the appointment was canceled by the customer before his appointment

 

 

Late policy


  • Appointments booked for up to an hour of labor time.


If you check in later than 10 minutes after the actual starting time of your appointment, we will reserve the right to decline your car for the day and you will have to reschedule. If you do not reschedule, we will hold the right to charge you a no-show/no-cancelation fee. Ordered parts for your booked appointment can be charged immediately  


  • Appointments booked more than an hour of Labor time.

 

If you check in later than 20 minutes after the actual starting time of your appointment, we will reserve the right to decline your car for the day you will have to reschedule. If you do not reschedule, we will hold the right to charge you a no-show/no-cancelation fee. Ordered parts for your booked appointment can be charged immediately .
