Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment online, by phone, by email, or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
📅 Appointments
Once an appointment is booked, the scheduled time is reserved specifically for you and your vehicle. Appointments are binding.
If you do not attend your appointment, cancel too late, or arrive too late for us to complete the scheduled work, Military Car Service reserves the right to charge the full labor time booked for the appointment.
Cancellations are only accepted by email at appointments@militarycarservice.com and must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
⏰ No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance may result in a no-show or late cancellation charge equal to the full labor time booked.
Customers who repeatedly miss appointments, cancel last minute, or fail to follow our booking policies may be refused future appointments.
🚦 Late Arrival Policy
For appointments up to one hour of labor, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in service being declined for that day.
For appointments over one hour of labor, arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in service being declined for that day.
If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the full booked labor time may still be charged. Ordered parts may also be charged immediately.
💰 Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information available at the time of quoting, current parts prices, and standard labor times.
Parts prices may change daily. If a customer delays approval or payment, the final price may change.
Quotes may also change if additional work, hidden damage, seized bolts, broken hardware, missing components, additional gaskets, or further parts are required during the repair.
🔧 Ordered Parts & Approvals
Once parts are ordered, the order is binding.
Special-order parts, imported parts, electrical parts, programmed parts, and customer-specific parts are non-returnable and must be paid for, even if the customer cancels the appointment or no longer wants the repair.
Approvals given by email, online message, text message, or any written communication are considered binding.
🛠️ Customer-Supplied Parts & Fluids
Military Car Service does not accept customer-supplied parts, fluids, or materials unless specifically approved by management in advance.
No warranty or liability is provided for any customer-supplied parts, fluids, or materials.
🚗 Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Vehicles may only be dropped off with prior approval from Military Car Service. Unauthorized drop-offs are not accepted.
Vehicles must be picked up once service or repair is completed and the customer has been notified.
Due to limited parking space, vehicles left on our lot after completion may be charged a storage fee of 18.50€ per day.
📝 Work Orders
The vehicle owner, or an authorized person, must sign the work order when checking in the vehicle.
Military Car Service may take mileage photos, vehicle condition photos, and perform necessary test drives before, during, or after the repair.
❌ Incorrect Bookings
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service when booking.
Appointments booked incorrectly, only to avoid waiting times, or without selecting the required diagnostic or repair service may be canceled and may still be charged.
🔁 Canceled or Rescheduled Appointments by MCS
Military Car Service reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse any appointment if necessary.
Customers are not entitled to reimbursement for canceled or rescheduled appointments.
🚘 Rental Vehicles
Rental vehicles are only provided for shop-related transportation within the Stuttgart area.
They are not intended for vacation use, long-distance travel, hauling, moving, or leaving Germany.
Leaving the Stuttgart area with a rental vehicle requires prior written approval from Military Car Service. Failure to receive approval may void insurance coverage, and the customer may be responsible for all resulting costs.
Rental vehicles are subject to a 1000€ deductible.
🚭 No Smoking / No Pets
Smoking and pets are not allowed in rental vehicles.
If cleaning is required due to smoking, pets, excessive dirt, trash, odors, or misuse, a cleaning fee of 200€ may be charged.
